「I was comfortable in the room assigned to me. Clean, quiet, practical. The staff members were pleasant and attentive.」

「No windows. The entire place smells musty. No hot water. The windows in the rooms that actually have windows, don’t open, hence no water can make its way out, it all stays trapped in the rooms making it smell horrible. Also, why can’t management see the front lobby furniture. It’s sooooo dirty beyond believe. Oh and I found a couple of small cockroaches.」
