Very practical, connected to a big shopping mall. Needs urgent maintenance/upgrade: fading or damaged furniture, towels and linens need replacing, swimming pool's water is dirty. Room service takes forever.

Beautiful hotel and being next to the plaza is great, the awful part is that after driving 300 miles and arriving at 8 PM with my 4 little kids and my dog (50 pound dog) almost had to beg to let me check in, blaming that the dog is not small, the hotel has a policy about pet friendly but only for SMALL dogs, it blamed Orbitz/Expedia to not show the policy, that it is in the official site that is NO WHERE TO FIND IT, the person at the lobby could not show me where it is, the official site only has an icon of a dog next to the word pet friendly.

Excelente ubicacion. Estuvimos de visita por torneo de soccer y la ubicacion del hotel nos ayudó a mantener a los niños entretenidos y alimentados entre partidos. El hotel en si muy bueno, limpio y el servicio excelente.
