Efetuei a reserva sem ler os comentarios, quando fui ver oq o pessoal achava fiquei assustado, fui esperando a pior coisa do mundo. Porem me deparei com um hotel excelente, localidade muito boa, quarto muito confortável, organizado e limpo. A infraestrutura deixa um pouco a desejar, mas nada que seja um incomodo, apenas visual. Super recomendo o hotel e muito provavelmente na proxima estadia na cidade eu opite por ele novamente. Um pequeno detalhe é o estacionamento, consegui deixar a moto em lugar coberto e seguro, não tive medo de alguém tentar roubar ou derrubar, e o preco nao foi nada agressivo, achei super enconta

Hotel bacana e atendimento ruim.

O hotel é excelente pelo valor e localização, já o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Na recepção quando fiz o checkin, me senti muito mal atendido, como seu eu estivesse fazendo um favor para o hotel e na realidade não foi, pois foi uma estadia paga e cm adocional para sair mais tarde! Sempre que eu precisava de algo na recepção (obrigatório deixar a chave no hotel), era muito demorado. Não sei se por ter apenas 2 pessoas e pela quantidade de apartamentos e todos com lotação, mas nesse quesito foi uma experiência ruim. Pude deixar as malas na recepção antes e depois do checkin e checkout, pontos positivos para a equipe.

Deixou a desejar.

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito educados e o atendimento foi bom. A localização também foi excelente para o meu compromisso, consegui ir a pé, o que facilitou bastante. No entanto, as fotos divulgadas não correspondem à realidade atual do hotel. Aparentemente, falta manutenção nas instalações. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam manchadas, com aspecto de sujeira, causando um certo desconforto. Outro ponto negativo foi o estacionamento, o hotel possui um conveniado, mas o local é um pouco distante e estava cheio, tive que deixar o carro na rua, gerando preocupação. Além disso, o café da manhã é pequeno e não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes, resultando em filas e falta de reposição dos itens.

Um hotel simples com quarto grande, preço bom.

O que não foi muito bom foi o café da manhã, que precisa melhorar muito em atendimento e qualidade dos alimentos servidos. A recepção tinha apenas uma pessoa para atender vários hóspedes que chegaram ao mesmo tempo para fazer check-in e check-out. Canais somente via satélite, poucas opções para assistir.
