O check in e check out foram tranquilos.O hotel possue estacionamento porém é cobrado a estadia do veículo. Café da manhã simples.Escolhi esse hotel especialmente porque eles oferecem uma cozinha no quarto, porém fiquei surpreso quando abri o armário.Eles não disponibilizam nenhuma louça, panela, talheres e copos. Para que anunciar o quarto com cozinha se não tem nada ? Muito desagradável. O ar quente no quarto não funcionou.

Hotel muito bem localizado, é possível ir a pé ao curitiba shopping. Café da manhã excelente, ótimo atendimento, quarto espaçoso e confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Pontos negativos: colchão e travesseiro. Eu achei o colchão um pouco duro e o travesseiro muito mole e baixo. Para mim os únicos pontos fracos do hotel. De resto tudo excelente!

PROBLEMAS NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO DO HOTEL

O hotel tem problemas na sua administração e suporte ao hóspede. O primeiro contato no check-in foi horrivel, onde o Senhor que me parecia o Gerente, ficou exaltado quando solicitado um berço (Obs. Já tinha sido solicitado na compra pelo site) e que era necessário ter ligado para confirmar a disponibilidade. Tive a impressão que pelo horário 22h30 não queriam atender ao solicitado. Pela manhã, com outra equipe fui prontamente atendido!! O espaço do café da manhã é apertado e não corresponde ao padrão esperado na rede da marca. No check-out outra confusão, só tinha um carrinho de bagagem e abriram meu carro enquanto eu descia para o Lobby, na tentativa de liberar o carrinho, que no final deixaram as minhas bagagens no chão!!!

Localização estratégica entre o centro e o Batel

O hotel é bom e gostei da localização. Fica no centro, mas quase na divisa com o Batel, então fica próximo aos shoppings Curitiba, Crystal e Hauer. Dá para ir a pé também ao Pátio Batel, mas tem que caminhar mais um pouco. Para o lado do centro, fica próximo a Rua 24h. E na época de Natal, tem o coral das crianças e a feira especial da Praça Osório.
