"Part of the first floor appears to be updated, all other floors and areas are showing a lot of wear and dirty. Our room on the 3rd floor had dirty carpet, sticky door and headboard and hairs in the shower. Room also had a strong moldy/musty smell. We chose to not stay the night. Staff did apologize and made it right. "

"Room was very clean. A/C didn't work (wouldn't connect to wifi). Waited in hot room for over 30 minutes for someone to fix the a/c. Waited another 15 and it would still not connect. Finally moved to a new room. There is only someone at the front desk from 9 to 5, so you have to call, but the calls were answered promptly. "

"The minute we arrived we had problems. We had to get a plumber because the toilet didn’t work after driving 10 hrs to get there was enough the for the bathroom not to work. Then later on we found roaches in the bathroom. Just disgusting! I was actually awaiting my refund that I have yet to receive. They stated it would com from Expedia, never again!"

"The first floor is under construction and around 9am there was a non stop drilling sound that dominated the entire lobby. Three TVs is our room were on but the remotes didn’t work even after multiple reboots. Deadlock was broken for our door. Place has great potential but needs some help. "
