"Upsetting that I was given a room that I had to haul all of my luggage up 16 steep stairs. No other room options. I had reserved a room months in advance. The front desk lady said a few stairs, which I found odd being that there is an elevator. Beware…the top floor is by stairs only! Front desk lady was very cold and almost robotic. Not at all friendly. The bed was extra firm. I was told all their beds are the same."

"Great experience! Shuttle driver was kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor which was so appreciated after a long travel day! Desk check-in staff were super kind. Gave us fresh warm chocolate chip cookies. Waiter at restaurant was kind and funny! Food was delicious and big portions! Breakfast was yummy, especially the waffles! The cook making waffles and omelets was super friendly and a great cook! Then Natalie at the front desk helped us store insulin to keep it cold and kept our ice packs frozen after we checked out and stored our luggage until we came back from shopping and getting lunch before our flight! Truly wonderful experience! Comfy beds. Clean room. Hot shower."

"First off- I know this is a Motel 6. I'm not expecting a Hilton. But this stay was... just okay. Positives- AC worked well, the room was clean. I enjoyed being able to park on site. There was lots of space to put bags on as I don't like putting bags on the floor. The front desk was 24 hours, which was MUCH appreciated. However, I do have some things that could be upgraded. First off, why wasn't there a microwave in the room? I paid extra for a fridge and my food just sat there the whole weekend. I wanted a fridge so I could cook some leftovers in the microwave... but yeah, there goes that idea. My door didn't latch unless you slammed it. I always kept the safety measures in place because I was worried it wasn't latched. That's a HUGE safety concern. The TV wasn't connected to the internet so it did nothing. It was the middle of the night so I didn't bother trying to get them to help. During the day, I was much too busy to go. My biggest concern is the early check in. We called and were told as long as rooms were available, we could check in at 11. So we showed up at 11:30 and were told there were no rooms. We were going to a music festival so we got ready in the car and changed clothes in the Denny's bathroom. But my biggest concern is that I paid extra for this.... and she said "I wouldn't be charged for this." I was. So how do I get the money back?? Overall, I have stayed at many Motel 6's over the years and this was one of the worst ones."
