「The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre.」

「The location of the property was excellent. Situated at the bottom and start of the old town and also equally as close to the high street and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. The reception gave us an excellent overview of the city with a street map of what to do and see and they were readily available on WhatsApp if we needed them. The breakfast was of high quality with lots of options. The hotel helped us book a taxi early in the morning and personally helped ensure it...

「Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus.」

「服務親切， check in的時候接待人員還遞上剛出爐的手工巧克力餅乾非常好吃，早餐也很豐盛。」

「We arrive three hours early and just wanted to be allowed to leave our luggage and we were told just check in early. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was excellent.」

「The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult. The TV did not work. The next day, the manager, was delightful. The location was excellent.」

「房間舒適乾淨」

「Perfect location with ability to go anywhere walking. (Also few minutes to the bus stop) Spotless clean room with daily cleaning and good air conditioning. Enough closets as well. Free cold water available at reception but already has delicious tap water. The best host with kind and helpful tips. If you book with breakfast option, you'll have different traditional dishes each day. Parking available for 10€/day but you may also find somewhere to park if you are lucky.」

「I’ve only missed a safe-box in the room. But everything else was excellent.」

「Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte, god frokost. Meget sentralt i byen, gangavstand til det meste👍😊」

「10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!」

「Clean room always and location excellent」

「Chambre fonctionnelle et propre mais salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, le WC est dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner quelconque」

「Beautiful and full of history neighborhood. Great to stay at a beautiful old house!」

「I booked this hotel mostly because of the location and for the swimming pool as I have a child who likes swimming, never in my life I would think that as a hotel guest you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and also the spa reception asked as to buy swimming caps as it’s a hotel policy. I was very frustrated as other people in the pool were not wearing caps. I wouldn’t go there again as the rooms a quiet outdated and also for the 2 days we were the no cleaner came to at least pick up the...
