「Everything we experienced at Palm Court Hotel was above and beyond excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was outstanding. The staff were really helpful and Jenna the Manager on duty was exceptional in helping us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone.」

「The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes 」
