「The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.」

「Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good」

「The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom was surprisingly large and nicely decorated in a modern style which was a very pleasant change from other places we had stayed. The only negative point is that access was by way...

「Great location. Everything was great up until the last night when we had no hot water and could not take a shower nor wash our faces 😞 Do not expect to have cleaners every day. You can request clean towels and anything you need at the 24 hr. Reception 😀」

「It is very convenience to walk to the Old Town, everything is good, except need to carry lugguage if the room is on 4th Floor or above...the lift only to third floor....」
