"Check in took an hour and I had to wait in the hot lobby. The phones didn't work so I couldn't order room service unless I went to the lobby which was a big hassle. The hairdryer didn't work. Shower had luke warm water never comfortable. The grounds by the pool was beautiful. The beds were cozy. The area around did not have any dining or shopping options within walking distance."
