Excellent place and service

The stall, location and hotel were excellent. I highly recommend the place. The only recommendation I have is that it would be great if you guys can add a sign by the road. Google maps take you to el Tech de Monterrey and then to the Plaza right next to the hotel. Thank you for everything, JC

Hotel is Brand New, so that was excellent. But because is new, lots of things were not ready yet. Pool didn’t work, staff was not enough and they were not trained for the job, I hope eventually they will get there.
