"Great staff and service"

"Love staying here. We have been staying here for the last 6 years or so. The one complaint we have is the Sewage smell. We stayed in the more North rooms and the smell on the deck was at times to much to sit out there. We have noticed it in the past but this year we worse than normal."

"A clean as advertised hotel and a positive experience overall. Only complainant is that the nightclub across the street was very very loud until 0230 or later."

"Resort is beautiful. Had the deluxe suite. Beautiful views. Staff super friendly. Only downside , no direct access to a beach. Had to walk a little to maho beach but a longer walk to mullet bay beach is definitely worth the walk. Would certainly stay again. "

"Highly recommend this hotel, one of best I have ever stayed at. Josephine and Sharon at the front desk were absolutely incredible and amazing. I have never come across a better staff. Always helpful always smiling. Great swimming pool and bar. Great beach five minute walk from the hotel."
