「酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。」

Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.」

「As located in the area of attractions, we could easily go anywhere from the hotel within a few minutes. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a precious old building. The staffs are nice. Especially Miss Emma is a young, helpful, enthusiastic and efficient lady. Our personal problems were solved with her great support. Thanks to her and her colleagues!」
