Nice place..good priced breakfast

No water at all on our floor in the morning, so use of facilities was terrible! When you use a moderately priced hotel you expect to be able to use the toilet and shower in the morning!

Comfortable and Great Value for your Money

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca

The problem arose when I requested the repair; the mantenance employee tried to hit me and had to be removed from the premises. Later that night, I went to dinner and the same employee was back at the reception and challenged me to a fight again. I reported it to the Manager the next Day and I am in the process of filing a legal complaint about the incident.
