Mal, tuvimos que dormir en la calle, porque no había hoteles disponibles, más bien nos quedamos en la calle, porque dormir era imposible, por el miedo a que nos asaltaran debido a la peligrosidad de la Cuernavaca y de muchas ciudades en el país. La receopcionista de hotel canarios nos informó que no tenían convenio con hoteles.com desde hace un año y que no había reservaciones, no obstante que se pagaron con la tarjeta de crédito.

Muy mal el servicio
Tenía una reservación para el sábado 25 de Marzo, al llegar al hotel nos dan la desagradable noticia de que no podían hacer válida la reservación por no trabajar con Expedia!! Tuvimos que ser reubicados, lo cual nos hizo perder un tiempo valioso en traslados. Además de que la experiencia fue totalmente desagradable.

Les agradezco sarcar este hotel de su lista porque no trabaja con ustedes. Reservamos 3 habitaciones, llegamos y nos dijeron que no había ninguna reserva porque NO trabajan con ustedes. Lo peor es que estaba llena toda la ciudad y no encontramos ningún hotel disponible. Pésima experiencia

Hotel hermoso y con gran servicio
Un hotel con buenos servicios, la pileta tiene la climatización justa, variedad de pileta con gran ambientación en el parque, buen restaurante, buena disposición del personal. La zona no es tan bonita pero no es lejos del centro, mejor ir en taxi.

El hotel no reconoció mi reservación
El hotel no reconoció la confirmación que tenía por parte de Expedía. el
Personal no fue nada empatico no amigable! No inventaron de ayudar hasta que se les pidió la ayuda. Propusieron una habitación con una dudosa cuota y el gerente Edgar de lo más despreocupado y sin ganas de ayudar. NO RECOMIENDO para nada el lugar sus políticas muy extrañas
