"Absolute Hidden Gem – Amazing Service in the Heart of Nature! Our stay at the Tràng An in Ninh Bình was nothing short of magical. The property is a luscious and stunning retreat that feels like a completely different world. We stayed in their cosy wooden lodges, which are simplistic yet beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and completely surrounded by vibrant greenery and the delightful company of neighbouring goats! What truly sets this place apart, however, is the team. The staff were wonderful and worked tirelessly during our stay. We happened to arrive in the immediate aftermath of a severe flood, which had temporarily affected the retreat's lighting and left several areas flooded. Even though this was entirely caused by natural forces and absolutely no fault of their own, the staff were incredibly apologetic. They worked day and night to rectify the situation, restore everything to perfection, and ensure we were comfortable. Their dedication and warmth were deeply moving. I would highly recommend this retreat for couples or friends looking to step away from the busy city streets and truly enjoy the spectacular natural beauty northern Vietnam has to offer"

"Tam Coc Gardens is truly one of Ninh Binh’s most mesmerizing hidden gems—and an experience I will never forget. What I discovered here far exceeded my expectations. After nearly 2-weeks of traveling through Vietnam, this was the perfect place to end my journey. It was more than a retreat; it was a total reset of my whole being. As a solo traveler, I was initially a little nervous about the secluded location. But once I arrived, I understood the magic. Just minutes from town, yet beautifully tucked away, the lush gardens, water, architecture, tranquility, and warmth of the staff created an atmosphere that felt almost spiritual. My room was absolutely magical and even reminded me of my home in Ghana. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the spacious bed and soothing bedding to the tea, snacks, writing paper, meditation space, fan and AC. The evening turndown, love story card & thoughtful notes were beautiful touches. The food was exceptional—especially the breakfast, which was the best I experienced during my 2-weeks in Vietnam. The fish dishes at dinner were beautifully presented & delicious. The complimentary Garden Eco-Tour & rice-ball class were wonderful, & the spa treatments were pure bliss. A special thank-you to Phuong for his kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful service. Tam Coc Gardens isn’t simply a resort, It is a sanctuary—a place to breathe, reconnect, reflect & simply be. I arrived curious and left restored. I will absolutely return in 2027!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Tam Coc Oasis resort and spa, and didn’t want to leave! The staff were amazing, so friendly and we felt so looked after and like family. Special thanks to Lily, Sophia, Vivianne, Huyen for your smiles and hospitality everyday! 100% recommend this hotel. The food was lovely, the room was so relaxing, clean and comfortable and the bath was a special treat. The air-conditioning worked very well and the view from our balcony was spectacular. I particularly liked watching the dragonflies dance above the pool in the mornings! Thank you again, we hope to be back!"

"The owners are amazing! If you are looking for a beautiful stay, clean room, great AC, great home cooked breakfast, coffee, water bottles and 10 star hospitality! They even have a gorgeous puppy on site, goats on the mountain side, and a beautiful view for even your bathroom. We were about a 10-15 min Grab ride from all of the tours and things to do. A peaceful getaway which was perfect for us!"
