We stayed here whilst visiting family and chose it due to its location. It is very central. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the pool is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

The dirt is the least of it. They tried to break into my car in the hotel parking lot. They couldn't get in but damaged the lock. The hotel says it's not responsible. Zero empathy, too.

La habitación limpia, pero al regresar en la noche un grupo de autos, tuvimos que dejarlos en fila hora y media en la calle para que una sola persona pudiera estacionarlos, pero no nos dio confianza dejarlos afuera así que decidimos esperar todo ese tiempo y descubrimos que la misma persona que quería estacionar todos los autos que eran como 10 o más, también era el único que atendía en recepción, digamos que se ahorran al personal. A la mañana siguiente una en la alberca, aunq el servicio fue un poco lento, el mesero fue muy amable, otra persona se acercó a pedir disculpas por lo de la noche anterior. A nuestra salida, en lo que subíamos a los autos, nos informaron que rápidamente la camarera había revisado que una toalla estaba sucia y que no le podían quitar la mancha, como en 15 mins ellos ya lo habían intentado todo, pero nos querían cobrar la toalla, le indicamos que el servicio había sido malo y que no pagaríamos algo que se puede limpiar, a lo que la persona que ayudaba a la de recepción nos indicó que si no pagábamos no seríamos bienvenidos nuevamente en el hotel, les compartimos que con mucho gusto no regresaríamos porque adicional nos comenzaron a grabar en un audio. Recomendación incrementen personal y capaciten a al mismo para un mejor servicio al cliente porque te tratan como si te hicieran un favor y no como si te dieran un servicio que estás pagando. El hotel es muy bonito deberían aprovechar mejorar su servicio.

Todo me pareció excelente, excepto el Restaurante según es bufett pero no tiene nada de surtido hay que estarles solicitando por separado: que no hay fruta, no hay leche, no hay pan blanco, no tienen jugos, huevos al gusto tampoco. Y otra cosa muy importante y molesta, que por permitirme entrar 2 horas antes del check-in me cobren mediodia eso si es un verdadero abuso, sólo me quería cambiar de ropa, que mal
