「The room was very clean though very basic no tissues, no coffee maker or coffee in lobby. The staff was great Victor greeted me with a friendly smile and even though it was a few hours before standard check-in I was allowed to check in to my room as Victor said it was ready. He helped me with my luggage and later in the week helped booking some tours. I called 2 days before my arrival to make sure everything was paid for and there would be no issues, n everything was set. Vanessa set up...
