「I was disappointed that it did not include servicing other than changing the rubbish bags. Beds were not remade each day and even though at time of booking it said spa baths in the unit, the spa did not work. Will not use the motel again.」

「We had a great time in the hotel. the rooms are big and clean. we also get a lots of TV channel to watch. people there are SUPER kind and helpful as we called in to say we'll arrive late around 10pm and the person waited us to give us a warm welcome. Enjoy the stay which is also close to the sea. Great place and will definitely go back.」

「Napier best view to the lake, very close to nice restaurant, open the window you can see the lake, done stair you have "milk & honey" which is very good restaurant. we stay here for 2 night and very enjoy such slow, quite, small town 」
