「Good place to stay」

「I have no idea what it's like to stay at this hotel, because when I arrived to check in, it was closed. The new hotel had been closed since the beginning of December, and nobody canceled my reservation, nobody sent me an email. Imagine driving for more than 18 hours and arriving to check in, super tired and with two crying children, and having no hotel to stay in! Imagine the chaos on the first day of vacation!」

「I booked two rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in the bed of one of them. This was an extremely unpleasant and disturbing experience. Although the hotel manager arranged for me to move to another room, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. After reading other guest reviews, I was even more concerned to discover that similar incidents had been reported before. I strongly encourage Expedia to pay closer attention to the cleanliness and hygiene...

「Great service room was super clean and nice」

「This property was clean. It was easy to access and it was safe.」

「Great」

「Perfect」

「Everything was wonderful! The Hotel is top notch! Starting with Misha at the front desk and the delicious breakfast that Lorena, under the tutelage of Christina, prepared for us. The room was very clean and the mattress and pillows were so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The hotel is close to several restaurants and when it's time to leave, you are just off the interstate. You could not ask for more! I would give this hotel a 10!」
