「Sink didn't drain. Coffee condiments were not stocked. Daytime personally was verry rude. Said we paid for the two Knights when only one was. Then they charged the second to the wrong person because they could or would not check into it while I was there. Asked 3 times.」

「The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

「Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)」

As far as customer service goes, we asked for an extra blanket and were told they were out of them in a very rude tone like the employee was just exhausted and had been asked too many questions. 「Nice place. Quiet, clean, nice view. Only 2 suggestions - both first world problems so not deal-breakers. The outside chairs are just plain stupid. Avant-garde and absolutely useless but I just carried a kitchen chair out. Coffeemaker also avant-garde and rather impractical, but usable.」
