「Good stay in a nice quiet bungalow suitable for the family. Communications after booking were good. It would be better if Hotels.com highlighted the hidden fees, if they knew of them. Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so.
