「The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing! Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs...

「Bonito Hotel ,pero gestión de los imprevistos podría ser mucho mejor a este precio,a nosotros no nos abría la puerta por que la cerradura eléctrica se atascaba pues nos tuvieron esperando delante de la habitación unos 20 minutos con altas temperaturas hasta que alguien resolvió el problema provisional por que seguíamos toda la estacia con ese problema」

「Very lovely city and a wonderful place to stay. We traveled with a baby and had several requests, and the owner truly went out of his way to help and accommodate us. 「A charming little family-run hotel. It felt a bit surprising to find such a lovely property in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but that ended up being part of its appeal. The grounds were very well maintained, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A comfortable and memorable stay.」
