「We were visiting Ushaw House and this cottage is perfect location for there, Durham and surround area. Great shower, comfy bed. Easy parking outside your door. Lovely village and great pub. The Bay Horse. Thanks to John the owner for the recommendation 」

「1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. 」

「Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money.」

「I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. The lounge suite was comfortable but the dining chairs are old and the coating peeling off and lands on the floor bed was ok .There were 2 wardrobes but none had hanging rails in them . 「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The stay provided us with exaclty what we were looking for and due to the number of people that were able to stay in the appartmet, it was good value for money. I cannot thank AA for their levels of effective communication to provide us with the reassurance required, whenever we had an issue (which was extremely rare). We would certainly consider staying with AA again.」

「Couldn't fault anything really. Good value for money. Clean and well presented rooms. Friendly staff and there was a lovely aroma in the reception area and the lifts. Not sure if it was an air freshener but it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Good choice at breakfast and was nice to use the pool and facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. 」
