「The bar had friendly staff and the breakfast staff in the restaurant was amazing. The check in staff was amazing. The morning desk clerk was not friendly at all we had breakfast and then our room key would not work so went to get that fixed she acted like it was our fault the key still didn’t work the battery was out in the door and she still acted like we were putting her out for help into our room. 」

「My family felt satisfied with the 1 week stay at Residence Inn. Room is spacious enough with an open kitchen that allows us to prepare our meals. Staff is friendly and the hotel is suitably located for us to visit our son studying at Baylor. Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much.」

I did not eat breakfast but coffee was readily available and the breakfast looked to be a better version than you typically would expect from a hotel at this price point. If in Waco again, I would definitely stay here again. 」
