「1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

「The hotel was understaffed. Only one person onsite. Although it worked out fine for us. The lamp in our room did not work. I was given a bulb and it still didn't work. The room was comfy. But the bathroom had a hole in the wall adjacent to the light fixture.
The tub area definitely needed to be addressed. And should not have been given to anyone until it was fixed. Definitely not worth what I paid for the room.」
