「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Very dirty and disgusting. Hot as hell which seems to be a theme at hotels in the area. I'm itching just thinking about our stay. Heat makes the room unbearable, I spent more time at the air conditioned Morrisons down the street than Idid int the hotel, (thanks to Morrisons for not charging me for loitering). Just an old dirty box they call a hotel with pictures that had to have been airbrushed because even AI would have a hard time making this up. The pictures fooled me don't fall for it.」

「If you need a place to stay in this area, this is a perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the dinner here as well. We even had horses in the fenced area right off our patio. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area!」

「The staff were lovely and couldn't have been better. Our room had a bathroom across the hall which opened with a key. A little strange and not great for a 3am wee. We ate here and the food was ok.」

「The shower didn’t work in my room, I tried to get it working for 10 minutes but no joy. I told the receptionist as I left and she said I must have been doing it wrong because it definitely works. I didn’t want to argue with her as she clearly just wanted to be right. Other than that the hotel is fine but could do with updating.」

「It was good value for money, especially for a 1 night stay. The room was fairly small and decor was functional. The bathroom was well equipped. Staying after a hot day we found that the windows did not open far and the small desk fan was inadequate. As rooms do not have a/c they really need a floor standing fan with a fast speed.」

「Claire was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful garden. She did a typical English breakfast which was delicious with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would recommend.」
