"Nice B & B with everything you would need. Close to beach, train station to Wellington, & variety of take away/restaurants (enjoyed Ben’s Roasts). Generally very quiet residential neighbourhood; neighbours dog second night was a bit disruptive. Host very helpful & knowledgeable about local area. "
