「Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. 「It was very convenient however to truly make it enough space for 5 people the pull out couch needs a major up grade. The tub didn’t feel clean. 」

「This is the perfect little place to stay. Very close to the hills. Very clean. I hope to stay her again in the future. A++」

「I believe i found my new secret hideaway. I cannot praise the hosts and resort enough. The condo gives a luxury cottage vibe and thr location is so scenic. The bonus is all day aceess to the tennis courts and the pool and hott tub. Another bomus was the close proximity to the Blue mountain village. There is also an indian testaurant overlooking the pool atea. The resort is nestled in beautiful trees and backdrop of the hills. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and in tip top shape....

「The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. 」

「Property was clean but but could use some TLC. There is no way someone can sleep on the pull out couch. It’s extremely uncomfortable (basically a blanket over metal springs. Gladly we packed a blowout mattress with us. Nice view from our unit though. 」

「Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. 」

「Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium」

「The whole condo unit was amazing, lots of great utilities and tools that we were able to use. Everything was seemless to get such as keys/parking. One outlier was the ski locker combination didn't work so we weren't able to keep our skiis in storage.」

「The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.」
