「Clean apartment, quiet location, excellent host!」

「The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. Would definately recommend this property.」

「We didn't see a soul. Check in was using a safe box to collect the key. Check out was dropping the key into a safe box. Room was clean and pleasant though and we had everything we needed.」

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. 「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
