「About a mile from downtown Inverness. Very close to the Island which was beautiful to walk around. Wonderful room that was conveniently located. Would absolutely stay here again」

Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean,well appointed suburban backyard unit.」

「The property was easy to find, communication was good, and the location worked well for our needs, with a quick drive into Inverness. Street parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. The shower had only fair to low water pressure. The biggest issue was the beds. Each bedroom had two very narrow beds that felt smaller than...

「Everything about our stay was outstanding. If I could give Heather a10++++++, I would. The unit was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room. Bed and bed sheets were superb. 10 min drive from town in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked down the hill to the grocery store. Just our best stay on our 4 week stay in Ireland/Scotland. 」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
