「The property was very functional without any frills but what made it nice was its magnificent view. Clara and Sofia were nice and helpful, making the stay immaculate. What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. 「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property.
