el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, solo que le falta mucho mantenimiento, las ventanas no tienen persianas, el baño de la recamara principal se sale el agua de la regadera hacia el piso debido a que el cancel esta en mal estado, el aire acondicionado de la sala , no funciona.
habia hormigas en la cocina.
el dia del checkout no hubo quien me recibiera las llaves del pent house. las tuve que dejar en el mostrador

Terrible, no vengan ha muchas y mejores opciones el encargado es intolerante le molesta q haya niños en la alberca la comida es pésima y cara los cajones de estacionamiento están uno atrás de otro se tal suerte que si te toca atrás deben ir a avisarle al otro huesped que mueva su auto y si te toca adelante debes moverlo cada que el de atrás quiera salir, cero fumigación en tu habitación puedes encontrar desde una cucaracha hasta un alacrán

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, solo consideren que casi todos los huéspedes llevamos perritos por lo que si no les gustan los animales ni lo intenten, la entrada casi no se ve y esta angosta, de ahí en fuera todo es perfecto.

really???
well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean.
at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone number in any case of any emergency. and coincidentally the bottom floor room sliding door could not be locked. go figure.....

En la zona es a mi consideración, uno de los hoteles más bonitos, es justo lo que necesitaba para descansar... Tiene pocas habitaciones bastante amplias y lindas, muy acogedor, la comida es rica, el dueño es muy atento con sus huéspedes, y amé que me aceptaron con mis perritas. Sin embargo, mi única queja es que hay perritos locales, que evacuan en la playa y no hay quien limpie esas heces y eso a futuro puede deteriorar ese pedacito de paraíso; de nada sirve que los huéspedes recojan las propias si al final, queda sucio

Descanso y desconexión total
El hotel es totalmente acogedor, tiene una vista al mar increíble y está lejos de todo para relajarte y desconectarte. El servicio del personal es muy bueno, tanto el dueño como ellos son muy amables en todo momento. El ambiente del hotel, me gusto mucho ya que al ser pet friendly todo el día convives con perros de otros huéspedes o los mismos que están ahí. En lo particular me gusto la vibra y convivencia con todos los perritos, a mi perro también le Encanto. Además de todo eso, la comida es muy rica, sin duda tienes que comer ahí, es impresionante el sabor de unos chilaquiles verdes.
