「I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed.

「This place was nice for the price you pay! A trek from the Airport , about $250 spent on round trip and an hour and a half each way . The space was nice .. room looks exactly like the pictures. The second night tho the lights , which include the AC went out for about 3-4 hours .. it was so hot ! Eventually it came back on but just a little annoying trying to sleep in that . 「We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at La Vida Mountain Resort and Spa. We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.」
