"Perfect for what we needed!"

"Our stay here was great and better than anticipated. The desk clerk was very friendly and informative. The lobby is beautiful. Nice, spacious, clean room with a great shower and really comfortable recliner. The bed wasn't as comfy but I have difficulty sleeping anywhere but home anymore. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Been a while since we last stayed here; forgot what a nice place it is! This is definitely the best hotel in Cameron. Our king room was spacious, the bathroom clean and huge. The bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows, and breakfast was typical of most hotels. Very well maintained building, efficient HVAC so no excess humidity like the other places in town. Desk staff was very friendly, and we were able to secure a later checkout to accommodate our departure schedule. Still, there is room for improvement. The water pressure was VERY low, so it made it impossible to use the adjustable showerhead or even shower quickly. There were also no towel bars anywhere so we couldn't hang them to dry (not eco-friendly). Finally, the top of the single serve coffeemaker in the room had a broken top so I didn't use it, and the TV is rather small for the size of the room (had poor display quality/distortion on all channels). Nonetheless, this really is the best place to stay in town, and we will definitely stay here again."

"Missing a place to hang clothes, tub looked dirty, but was stained and starting to rust. Styrofoam cups were dirty, scrambled eggs were good but rubbery. Door to the bathroom stuck when opening and closing."
