「The breakfast was great, a very clean room, and the entire staff was fantastic. Tina was great when we arrived, she deserves a raise!」

「The hotel itself and the room were very clean. However, the indoor pool was not usable unfortunately, as it was freezing cold. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we booked the stay at this particular hotel, so it was a little disappointing.」

「Upon checking into our room it was evident that it was not properly cleaned, however the manager was extremely polite and provided another room. Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional.」

「my tub wasn't the cleanest also my door was loud to close very different from my other room the kitchen staff was excellent food was great the lady at the front desk was short when i checked out cause i previously complained about the dog being in the breakfast room」

「1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.」

「The carpets in the elevator and room were extremely dirty and stained. The “white” wash cloths and towels were so stained we couldn’t use them. The bathroom soap was broken and no tissues in the tissue box. The hot breakfast was eggs and flavorless coffee.」

「Staff were great. Plenty of shops near by including restaurants. Did have to have my keycard reset multiple times, really only complaint. 」

「Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!」

「Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Newport News was one of the worst on our US roadtrip. We had to change rooms during our 2 day stay because of non-working door-locks. The entire facility is poorly maintained. Bedlinen are dirty, all family members had bites from bedbugs all over their bodies after our stay there. Rooms are not well cleaned, ACs are dirty and full of dust. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Cannot compare to Holiday Inn Hotels here in Europe, a house like this would have had...
