The property was beautiful. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We were served breakfast every morning at the table looking out across the bay. The food was amazing! We were so full, we never needed lunch. I will recomend this place to everyone. All the other reviews are accurate. Stay here. You will love it.

5-star B & B stay & well worth it !

Outstanding service and beautiful location overlooking the water with lots of nature & scenic views. Very comfortable and well-decorated rooms will allow you lots of rest & relaxation. The breakfasts were excellent. You won't go away hungry! While a little off the beaten path of an urban area, this is a much more relaxing setting where you can smell the roses (literally). The major attractions of Hampton, William & Mary campus, Busch Gardens, and Norfolk are within reasonable driving times. I would definitely stay here again!

Mark and Paige have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. They are so pleasant and friendly that we felt at home right away. The views are wonderful, and breakfast to die for! Loved our stay, it was only too short.
