「Very nice, pool wasn’t working nor clean tho! But other than that, it was great.」

「I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk. “You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator” The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways. The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead.」

「We stayed here last year and the pool and hot tub were out of order. It was still out of order this year. The room was dirty when we checked in. Housekeeping was terrible. We left our room one morning at 7AM and when were returned at 3PM the door was left propped open by housecleaning. The room had been remodeled before we checked in and the bathroom floor was covered in adhesive. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, but it was still there when we checked out. 「The room was spotless clean! And hotel has ample parking spaces. Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs.」

「Pool was closed. Needs updates. Our air conditioner was loud and didn't keep up so well. We had 6 rooms for our group. 2 of those rooms the air was loud and not working so good. Clean. But needs some updates.」

「Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed.」
