This was our first time staying at this property and this area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property and building needs some upkeep and work, but it seemed fairly clean. It was within walking distance of our event, so for the price and convenience, this was the place.

Upon arrival, the place looked run down. Pool was not functioning and building look older. When checking in, we learned that a new owner had just taken over 2-3 days earlier. The staff could not figure out the software and we were assigned about 3 different rooms before we got one that was truly available for use (one already was occupied by someone else, one was under renovation and the 3rd I can't remember). Granted, I don't think the staff had received proper check in procedures so I don't believe it was their fault. They were very friendly, apologetic and kind doing the best job they could. Finally, we were assigned the honeymoon suite (upgrade from what we reserved). The room was clean. The jets in the tub didn't work. But overall the room was nice. Continental breakfast had very limited choices and not very appetizing. We were told that major renovations were scheduled to be started later this year.

It is an older hotel but was very clean. Furniture and rooms could use some paint and updating. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could be improved. It was fine but just had mini donuts, raisin or white bread, bananas and dry or oatmeal cereal. Adding bagels would be a great thought. Very close to Billie Creek Village and Covered Bridge trails. We did receive extra pillows and towels when we asked.

The good: The room was clean and comfortable. The price was good. The staff were very friendly. Check-in/out was a breeze. The bad: Abandoned pool in the front of the property. Room AC unit worked, but only in a plugged/unplugged fashion. No controls seemed to do anything. In-room bathroom had no heat light, just an empty socket. Mattress sagged pretty heavily in the center.

the room was very large and clean. The heater/air conditioner worked perfectly. The carpet was clean and the walls freshly painted. The free parking was about 100 yards from the motel. The continental breakfast was adequate. The coffee was good!

Nice place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The mini fridge worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so-so and the shower could have been hotter. The landscaping could use some help and the pool wasn't functional but that was not an issue for us. We would stay here again. Great value for the price.

This hotel serves its purpose!!

We were in town for our annnual extended family gathering. This is the closest hotel to where we need to be! The hotel serves its purpose! Beds - decent sleep, great AC, hot showers, microwave, mini coffee pot, hair dryer, breakfast items and coffee available 6-10am. Staff was friendly and hard working. Really wish they could get the swimming pool fixed!!

The room was large, modern, well maintained, and comfortable. Good water pressure, comfortable bed, refrigerator and micro in room. Breakfast was minimal.but adequate. Good value for the money.
