Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con...

「The staff is great. The rooms are neat and the area is perfect. Only one issue came up with the taxes of the hotel charge were 200.00 extra. But that’s something internally between the hotel and Expedia and I was able to get it looked at on my end. All was well. Great people. Most importantly they were kind and generous. 」

「The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
