「Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived, the window in our room was open and the room was completely cold. We had to figure out how to program the electric heating system ourselves before going to dinner. After spending about two hours in the restaurant (the food was good), we returned to find the room temperature still around 10°C.
