「No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…

「I don’t even know where to start from. The service is top tier. The staff are amazing, they did everything possible to make me and my friends happy. Special shout to Paul.
