"We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. "Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

"Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base. "
