「bonjour

「The hotel lived up to our expectations and was ideal as a centre from which to tour that part of France. The one small drawback was that it was a little out of the centre of Azay-le-Rideau to which it took a good 15 minutes to walk.」

「Lovely spot, staff excellent, homemade, organic and locally sourced breakfast. Lacked an evening restaurant and options in Chinon in October were a little limited as off season.
Great location to explore Chinon wines and Cremant near Saumur.
Fontevraud-l’Abbaye was an interesting place to visit.」

「A fabulous building and site, which will be first class once they spend a few million on it. In the meantime it has well-refurbished rooms, excellent pool area and was a pleasure to stay.
One downside - they do not have a restaurant, although they do have a range of pre-prepared meals they will heat up and serve to you.」

「Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises.
We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room.
We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for.
Great shower and...
