「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

「Very nice property to relax. Beach is not ideal for swimming due to the sea grass. Remote from the center (need a car). Staff is very friendly but not very knowledgable - could not answer to many questions we had. Housekeeping lady was THE BEST :-) super friendly. Breakfast buffet needs improvement (different selection and fresh juice).」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. 「Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und liegt direkt am Meer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft hat uns geholfen einen Mietwagen zu bekommen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Bus hat auch gut funktioniert. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.」
