If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing vacation spot, this is it!!! The staff is AMAZING. From the bell boys to the bartenders/waiters, the service is WONDERFUL. The place itself is in a safe and secluded section of Cancun. It is exclusive to visitors with reservations and staff members. Everything you need is in the resort. There is one central pool area with a swim-up bar. Coco Bongo hosted a foam party during the day. The only downside is that the pools close at 6pm. There is easy access to the beach. On the beach, there are chairs and canopies. There’s space for anyone and everyone. The beaches are not crowded at all. The only downside is the seaweed. There is a breakfast buffet called Flavors. We were served by Julian and his service was perfection! Mar House Restaurant serves mainly sea food but also Italian, American, and Mexican dishes. Edgar served us during lunch. Carlos and Eduardo served us for dinner. The food and service during lunch and dinner were spectacular! No complaints. If you’re looking for a non-buffet restaurant, go to the Steakhouse or El Mariachi Loco restaurant. They have great menus and you’re able to order from a selection of appetizers/starters, entrees, and desserts! Our server at the Steakhouse was Josue. He was very attentive and thorough with our service. We loved him! Our server at El Mariachi Loco was Jose. Jose went above and beyond! By far the best server! All service was amazing! My family and I will definitely be returning soon!

Excellent service and resort. We have been to this resort multiple times and as always its incredible. The service and the resort are amazing. The reason we keep coming back besides how beautiful it is are the people at the resort. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make your stay fabulous. The property was nice restaurant were good staff at the restaurant and bartenders were excellent especially Antonio at the lounge bar and Erik at the Italian restaurant. The only issue I had was the mouse in my room and hotel management and guests service did nothing to handle the situation

Great service from the moment we arrived! Got the room we reserved with a beach front spot. Great food! Lobster, variety of fish, steaks, and so much more. Just the right amount of entertainment for us. Find a bartender that gets your drinks right and stick with them. The piano bar made the BEST hot and cold specialty coffees. 5 stars all around.
