"We really enjoyed our stay in Cartagena. The ocean view from the suite was beautiful, waking up and seeing the water every morning was a highlight. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff stood out the most. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question. They made the experience feel easy and welcoming. The location is very convenient, close to La Ciudad Amurallada and Bocagrande, which made it simple to explore. The immediate surrounding area feels a bit older and not as polished, but it didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"This is a basic hotel. Like a basic Best Western. The rooms are showing their age, with some rough walls, worn decor and fixtures. It’s clean, and it’s fine, the bed is comfortable, but it’s nothing special. The pool lining is discolored and dirty looking. The staff are very friendly and courteous, the included breakfast is a great perk. The bar service at the pool is very very slow. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay again."

"This was an amazing establishment from the all-inclusive breakfast to the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the and decor of the rooms. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again. It was close to the beach and minutes away from attractions. Loved it!"

"A very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. The location is perfect for accessing the beach, less than 10 minutes from the walled old town and the airport. Upon check-in, I received excellent service from René. He was very helpful in ensuring my room was ready quickly, even though I arrived a little early. He was also there when I checked out. He was very kind and helpful with the airport transfer. The rest of the staff were also excellent. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and very clean. I would definitely stay here again."
