Todo. Desde la comunicación con los intermediarios hasta las condiciones del apartamento. Uno de los huéspedes comenzó con comezón en una pierna y al inspeccionar las sábanas y colchones se encontraron rastros de chinches. Un médico local lo confirmó. La administración de excusó diciendo que el trato era directo con el propietario; el propietario nunca respondió.
