「Overall the hotel is excellent, very clean and new. The breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the room is too warm and when we opened the windows, it’s quite noisy as our room is facing the road. 」

「The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. The TV didn’t work, the rusty fridge leaked and hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. The only real positive was the restaurant we visited. Benjamin offered a high standard of service and the food was very good. We would never go back and definitely not recommend staying there - it’s a health trap!」

「Grundsätzlich für 3 Sterne sehr in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht allen Wünschen zu entsprechen. Die Zimmer wirken saniert, hier und da merkt man dass nicht alles zu hundert Prozent überarbeitet wurde aber ansonsten für 3 Sterne gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, bei unserem Aufenthalt hat eine größere Reisegruppe eingecheckt. Gefühlt war das Hotel auf diese Größe nicht ganz vorbereitet. Das zeigte sich deutlich and der Poolbar (1 Kellner, 1 Barkeeper) sowie bei Frühstück und...

「kein 5 Sterne Hotel, nicht für Paare gedacht, sondern wirklich nur für Familien. Handtuch besetzen etc. notwendig. All-Inclusive auch eher ok, wenig Auswahl, immer das Gleiche, der Kaffee leider nicht gut. Das Haus selbst ist aber sehr schön, sowie auch die Anlage.」

「Great location for old town. But far from car park despite friendly and efficient shuttle. Reception staff spoke broken English, for a luxury hotel. Water leak from room above disturbed sleep and required maintenance.」

「Die Anlage war schön, sehr grün mit vielen Bäumen. Das Apartment war nicht so toll. Eine kaputte Badezimmertür, herabhängende Gardinen. Alles nicht gut instand gehalten.」
