"Check Inn war leider erst um 15 Uhr möglich, obwohl ab 7 Uhr ausgeschrieben ist. Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich. Die ganze Anlage mit 171 MH ist neu und sehr schön angelegt. Der Bereich Covered ist eingezäunt. Schreckt anfangs ein wenig ab. Man kann aber durchaus FKK Strände besuchen. Restaurant direkt am Limskikanal super Lage, jedoch sehr teuer und der Gestank von der Klärgrube sollte hoffentlich bald von der Maistra beseitigt werden. "Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. Die Wege bis zum Haus waren auch nicht gerade angenehm, vorallem mit kleinen Kindern. Einrach überall Betonplatten. Parken war auch manchmal abenteuerlich. Nachts musste man mit offenem...

"The Delfin is a beautiful modern hotel and restaurant on the waterfront in Rovinj. This was just an overnight stop on our itinerary, but we wished we had stayed in Rovinj and this hotel longer. Other than a tiny elevator, the hotel design and facilities are top-notch, and the staff were super helpful. Very good breakfast. If you come by car, parking could be challenging."

"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay still made us feel very pampered and relaxed overall and the hotel design is so so beautiful. They've done a phenomenal job with it overall. Also loved the pre check in form they send and the option to check out online. Everything is so considered to give you the most convenient experience and it is noticeable from the moment you arrive. "

"The room was good. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat dinner as we preferred to go out to somewhere smaller. The pool was excellent but didn’t use the sauna because it was expensive, I don’t need to spend 3 hours in a sauna. There’s been plenty of hotels were they have been included or cheaper."

"The staff was completely uncaring and unhelpful. There was no ventilation in our room. None at all. When I asked at the front desk I was told someone would take a look at it. When I asked again an hour later they said they called to have it inspected. When we got back from. dinner no one had been there. When I checked again with the front desk (in person since the phone did not work) I was told it was inspected and nothing was wrong. I was told that all of the rooms were the same temperature and it was suggested i sleep with the windows open. There was an obvious error code on the thermostat and all of the other rooms had their patio doors closed so I assumed their climate was working. So I was lied to twice by the front desk. And they were very smug and rude about everything. Even at check in. We have been all over the world in many hotels and have never been treated so poorly. Yes. The pool and location is great but does not even begin to compensate for the staff behavior at the price. This was our sixth visit to Portoroz and I will never stay at this hotel again. There are much better choices."
