Decent size room, wonderful breakfast, in slightly strange location along pedestrian mall. If driving, finding the parking garage was quite challenging. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

This is an excellent location for someone visiting home the first time. It was affordable, excellent installations with great staff. Walking distance to he Basilica of Saint Mary Major, a church, where Pope Francis is going to buried and close to colosseum.

If there was ever a time that the phrase "dont judge a book by its cover " applied it would be of this place. Not much to look at from outside but once you enter into the hotel/airbnb" its a total transformation. Visually appealing, bed was very comfortable, toiletries were great, shower pressure great, large TV, bathroom was beautiful and functional. Loved staff so helpful and accomodating as well. Very close to transportation too. Only disappointment was that we didnt stay longer. Until next time.

Great stay

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, clean, friendly staff, quiet room. The best part was the morning breakfast. Fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices, cereals and different types of coffee. The lobby sitting area and rooms nicely decorated.

We loved our stay at Epoca Home. The room was beautiful, nice breakfast, and the location is prime. The outside facade doesn’t fit the beautiful interior so don’t be put off. When she buzzes you in, just go up the stairs and follow the signs!

Good location, great host, good Value

The place is in a condo in the middle of a pedestrian shopping street. It is on the 2nd floor and need a lift to go up. The host was friendly but couldn’t speak English. Everything was well organised. Air con was nice and cool, breakfast was good. Had to pay 5 euro for public car park

Extremely comfortable.One of the best sleep nights that I've had while traveling. The room seems to be sound proofed so I heard no street noise nor noise from other rooms. The room had its own mini-split (heating/cooling system), so I could pick the temperature that I liked. The room and the rest of the property felt very welcoming. The location is right downtown Cosenza, and the bus station is just a few blocks away. The host helped me find my way. The folks in town were also very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Located directly on the main pedestrian street in town, giant flat screen tv (netflix/youtube) and our room had a balcony with table and two chairs and faced the main street, parking is located about a three minute walk away (Quick Park) they have a deal with the hotel, you take a ticket when you enter the garage and you pay the hotel (5€) and the hotel gives you a ticket to use when exiting the garage. The host speaks italian but she has all the necessary information printed in different languages and she is an expert user of google translate :) the breakfast is amazing and has many options and can be eaten on the terrace or in the lovely sitting area/lobby. Perfect location for exploring cosenza The shower is great and the room smells amazing

Midden in het centrum, maar toch makkelijk parkeren in de garage vlakbij. De kamer is vrij klein, maar wel comfortabel. Het ontbijt is prima en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was 's nachts wel wat rumoer op straat, maar dat valt te verwachten in een drukke straat.
